Okay, so I sent an email to the What's New Today staff regarding getting some information on the Necron release. Here's what I got back - nothing spectacular, but it does sound like the release isn't extremely far off.

I think as we creep closer to the last week of October, we are going to see more of these kind of posts. While they don't confirm or deny anything. They do help spin the rumor mill. These should all be taken with a healthy dose of salt. I suggest almost ignoring these posts for the next few weeks as i'm sure we will be slammed with false ones. If Games Workshop is holding true to its new 2 week policy, then we have till the week of the 24th and we should hear something.
